Every Morin.O piece is created as a statement of heritage, craftsmanship, and quiet confidence. While each design is made to be timeless, we understand that alignment may sometimes require refinement.
We offer exchanges only, under the following conditions:
• Items may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery for domestic orders and within 10 days of delivery for international orders.
• All exchange requests must be supported by proof of purchase. This may be the original receipt or a bank statement clearly showing the transaction.
• Items must be unused and unaltered, returned in their original condition with dust bag and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. Where the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
• Custom orders, limited drops, and discounted pieces are not eligible for exchange.
• The delivery and shipping of exchanged items attract an additional charge, borne by the customer, except where an incorrect or defective item was sent.
