At Morin.O, we take our time to design, create, package, and send your item. Everything, from the cutting of the leather to the stamping of your bag as an authentic Morin.O item, is done through a hand-process in our workshop in Lagos.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER?

All items in the online store are shipped from Lagos, Nigeria.

Shipping costs are calculated accordingly. We have a 100% delivery track record using the FedEx postal system. We also provide complimentary tracking, with a tracking number which we email to you after mailing.

We stay in touch with all our online store customers for post-delivery feedback, which we take into strong account.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you can exchange it for another product in the online store, within 7 normal days. As a courtesy to you, we will cover shipping charges of mailing the new item to you.
