All Morin.O pieces are specially handcrafted. The manufacturing process takes up to 7-10 working days after your order is confirmed for items out of stock. However, once bag availability is confirmed, delivery takes 3-5 days depending on the location.

We currently deliver worldwide.

All items in the online store are shipped from Lagos, Nigeria.

Shipping costs are calculated accordingly.

We have a 100% delivery track record using DHL, UPS& FedEx postal system. We also provide complimentary tracking, with a tracking number, which we email to you after mailing.

We stay in touch with all our online store customers for post-delivery feedback, which we take into strong account.

Shipping Timeline:

  • 1-3 working days (Nigeria)
  • 3-7 working days (US/Canada/Europe)
  • 7-10 working days Other part of the world
  • Personalized orders will take 2-4 weeks to make, depending on design.

We do not allow refunds on any items. This is because each bag is manufactured specifically to the taste of the customer and a resale is not guaranteed.

If your bag arrived faulty, we sincerely apologize for this. Our aim is to deliver your item to you in the most pristine condition.

Exchanged items will be accepted at our discretion.

We therefore offer a full manufacturer’s guarantee against defects. We will happily replace or repair your product in as timely a period as possible. Contact info@morin-o.com and we’ll take care of you!

Items can be exchanged within 3 days (for domestic orders) and within 10 days (for international orders).

The delivery/shipping of exchanged items comes at an additional charge.

We require proof of purchase before any exchange can be made. Proof of purchase can be the original receipt or a bank statement specifying the purchase.

Payment can be made via Bank transfers, PayPal, or PayStack.
